Job Description:
- Handle daily finance operations including invoicing, sales orders, sales reports, daily sales, and daily collections; ensure all records are accurately keyed into the SQL accounting system.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including monitoring outstanding balances and payment schedules.
- Monitor, follow up, and collect payments from customers, ensuring all payments are properly recorded and tallied with invoices.
- Prepare Sales Executive and Sales Agent outstanding reports, statements, and monthly commission calculations.
- Maintain and update finance-related Excel files, reports, and schedules.
- Perform light front desk duties such as receiving documents and visitor greetings, while primary focus is on finance and accounting tasks.
- Assist in any other finance or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in finance or accounting (AR / AP experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment collection, statements, and commission calculation.
- Familiarity with accounting software or SQL systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Able to handle customer payment follow-ups professionally.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, independent, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to be stationed at front desk, but role primarily involves finance and accounting functions.
