Position: Retail Crew (Full-time)

Location:

• Cinnabon Pavilion Damansara Height (WORK TEMPORARY AT 1 UTAMA UNTIL JUNE)

• Operation hours: 9am - 10pm, rotational shifts (weekends: 9am - 10.30pm)
• 6 working days per week (1 day off)
• Must be able to work on weekends & public holidays
• Rotational shifts (opening & closing)
• Normal working hours (8) + Break (1)

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Service Crew, you will be expecsted to:

• Greet every customer with a warm smile
• Provide polite and professional service at all times
• Assist with daily operations including: Taking orders, Handling payments at the cashier, Answering phone calls, Serving orders to customers
• Ensure food is handled, stored, and served properly
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene & safety standards
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and freshness are consistently met
• Manage the product displays & restocking
• Present yourself in a neat and clean manner at all times
• Teamwork with other crew member

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
