A2 AUTOMATION SDN BHD specializes in ELV systems and ICT network infrastructure solutions, serving clients across industrial, commercial, government, and institutional sectors. We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled System Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our smart technology and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ELV and ICT systems, equipment, and software
• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and repair works as required
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Project Managers and project teams to provide technical support and assistance
• Manage and maintain system documentation, reports, and project checklists
• Respond to customer service requests and perform on-site troubleshooting and repair works during project warranty periods
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and clients
• Attend risk assessment activities as required
• Be available for on-call duties based on project requirements
• Travel to project sites when necessary
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Project Engineer & Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields
• Experience in ELV systems, CCTV, access control, networking, or technical support is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge in troubleshooting and system configuration
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Fresh graduates with strong technical interest are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel and work on-site when required
