Ops - Account Specialist (Merchant Account Executive)

We are looking for a Merchant Account Executive. You will manage a portfolio of merchant accounts and grow relationships at the Manager level.

Basic Salary: Up to RM 2500 per month.

Quarterly Incentive: RM 1500 upon hitting Quarter targets.

Location: 1 First Avenue Nearby MRT Bandar Utama

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Overtime: No mandatory OT. We encourage an hour of standby during major e-commerce sales days like 8.8, 10.10, 11.11, etc.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to foster and grow merchant relationships through consistent engagement at the Manager level.
• Liaise with merchants on funded promo programs, partnerships, new products, new features, and upselling buy-now-pay-later and loyalty products.
• Identify issues affecting merchants, including settlement reports and technical problems, and recommend well-thought-out solutions.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with your portfolio of key merchants to improve business performance and foster stronger collaboration.
• Analyze data and develop initiatives to increase revenues and profitability for your portfolio aligned with country targets.
• Analyze competitor market insights and identify strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities for targeted category management.
• Review digital payment and loyalty tickets from the non-account-managed group of merchants.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
