Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising platforms, ensuring strong brand visibility, audience engagement, and measurable business growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end creation, scheduling, publishing, and daily monitoring of engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other relevant digital channels to strengthen brand presence and foster meaningful community interaction.
  • Design visually compelling marketing assets, including social media creatives, banners, promotional materials, short-form video content, and digital advertisements while maintaining brand consistency and a cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, content, and business development teams to ensure aligned messaging, cohesive branding, and successful campaign execution across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare performance reports for digital campaigns by tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, while providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the setup, management, testing, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads to support both brand awareness and performance-driven objectives.
  • Maintain and coordinate the marketing content calendar to ensure timely campaign rollouts, consistent communication, and smooth execution of ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, social media best practices, consumer behavior trends, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas and creative strategies that enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to craft engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, social media, branding, and online audience engagement, with a strong understanding of current social media trends and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing concepts including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media management, analytics, and online advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other creative software is an added advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and contribute positively to team objectives.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute fresh ideas that support brand growth, marketing performance, and business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
