• Assist in managing and executing daily social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), WeChat, and others
• Create and publish engaging content, including posts, captions, short-form videos, and visuals - in alignment with brand guidelines
• Support bilingual content creation
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain active community engagement
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce campaign materials
• Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and CTR, and assist in compiling reports
• Stay current with social media trends, particularly within the finance/trading sector and digital ecosystems
• Support the execution of campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), WeChat, and others
• Strong copywriting skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut; Adobe suite experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
