We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to support the project team in managing daily site operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the project team in overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure work progresses as planned
• Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and reports
• Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders regularly
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Assist in resolving site-related issues and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensure proper communication flow between site and office teams

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
• Prior experience in construction, site coordination, or project support is an advantage
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Possess own transport (preferred)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
