Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Junior Executive, Finance (AR) di ICAR ASIA SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible of day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department
• Assist Senior Finance Exec/Finance Manager updating daily cash book, payment issuance, raising Invoices/PO, and following up collections & sending statements & invoices to customers
• Update reports on collections from dealers, including monitoring cash inflow and performing cash outflow reconciliations
• Preparing staff expense claims report, and maintain and update agreement files
• Prepare schedules and manage documentation, paperwork, and filing
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents as well as bankers/financial providers
• Collaborate with the reporting manager and undertake any other duties or projects as reasonably required by Management, handling matters in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

• At least a professional Accounting qualification or a diploma in the related field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic GP software will be an added advantage
• Well organized, ability to multi-task, good interpersonal skills and also possess good attitude when engaged in the tasks assigned
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Very high standard of accuracy, presentation and attention to detail
• Be willing to go the extra mile in order to deliver outcomes
• Maintain organizational values, culture and reputation
