We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative and accounting support functions. The role includes accounts data entry, handling payables, payroll processing, bank transactions, and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Handle accounts payable functions including invoice processing and payment preparation.
- Prepare and process bank transactions, online transfers, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary processing.
- Handle statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, and other government-related filings.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
- Issue invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/suppliers when necessary.
- Support monthly closing and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Manage office administration duties including purchasing office supplies and maintaining office records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in administration or accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with payroll processing and statutory requirements.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or other accounting systems.
- Basic knowledge of HR and administrative procedures.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
