Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Hire, 3-Month Probationary Period)

About Us:

We are a growing F&B business expanding our footprint in the local food scene. We specialize in Pakistani and Middle Eastern cuisine, ranging from specialized casual dining concepts to dynamic food kiosks. As we scale up our operations and explore new locations, we are looking for a hungry, versatile, and highly organized Business & Marketing Coordinator to work directly with the management team and learn the ropes of running a successful F&B enterprise.

Job Responsibilities:

As a small, fast-paced team, everyone wears multiple hats. Your responsibilities will bridge the gap between creative marketing, structured admin, and strategic growth:

  • Marketing & Branding: Manage both digital marketing (TikTok/Instagram Reels) and physical marketing campaigns, including the design coordination, placement, and distribution of banners, bunting, and flyers.
  • Bookkeeping & Finance: Track and reconcile daily/weekly restaurant sales, and organize all supplier invoices, receipts, and operational expenses for accounting purposes.
  • Business Development: Conduct market research and scout high-potential commercial areas, malls, or local hubs for establishing new kiosks and restaurant branches.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate documentation and liaise with authorities for local council licensing (MPKj), tax records, and immigration/visa matters for foreign kitchen talent.
  • General Administration: Manage daily office documentation, inventory paperwork, and general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), any accounting package, Canva, and comfortable utilizing social media apps (TikTok/IG) for basic content creation.
  • Traits: Meticulous with numbers, highly organized, and capable of balancing both creative marketing and structured paperwork. Professional, articulate, and confident when dealing with government officials or corporate landlords; highly patient and resourceful when navigating strict compliance regulations and documentation.
  • Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to occasionally travel locally for site scouting or local council visits (Kajang/Bangi area).
