- C&B Architecture: Develop, review, and enhance the company’s salary and benefits framework to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Performance & Incentives: Design and drive the performance appraisal system (KPIs/OKRs) and reward mechanisms to align employee outcomes with business objectives.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workplace Culture
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, structured onboarding, and employee career development.
- Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, fair, and high-performing workplace culture to enhance employee morale and retention.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Global Mobility
- Legal Compliance: Formulate, standardize, and enforce HR and administrative policies to guarantee strict adherence to Malaysian Labor Laws (Employment Act) and internal audit requirements.
- Expatriate & Foreign Worker Management: Supervise the entire lifecycle of foreign employees and expatriates, including recruitment, onboarding, and the timely application/renewal of work permits and visas in liaising with relevant authorities (e.g., MIDA, MYXpats, JTK, Immigration).
5. Total Administrative & Facility Operations
- Office Administration: Direct day-to-day administrative functions, encompassing procurement, asset management, inventory tracking, and facility maintenance.
- Workplace Safety: Implement and oversee occupational safety, health, and hygiene standards to ensure a compliant and secure working environment.
- Logistics & Event Coordination: Manage company-wide events, corporate meetings, and business travel arrangements, ensuring seamless administrative support across all departments.
