About GUILDS
GUILDS is looking for a Website Conversion & UI/UX Designer to improve our website experience, user journey, and conversion performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands both great design and the psychology behind turning website visitors into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimize website layout, structure, and user flow
• Improve website UI/UX to create a seamless and engaging user experience
• Design and optimize landing pages for higher conversions
• Identify user pain points and propose design improvements
• Conduct website audits and recommend UX/UI enhancements
• Work closely with internal team on branding consistency and digital goals
• Implement or suggest A/B testing ideas to improve conversion rates
• Ensure website is responsive and optimized across desktop and mobile

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, web design, or conversion optimization
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design and UX improvements
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or similar
• Knowledge of website analytics and user behavior is a plus (eg. Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Engagement Terms

• Flexible arrangement: Monthly Retainer or Per Project Basis
• Remote / Flexible work arrangement
• Payment to be discussed based on scope and experience
