Role Summary

We are seeking two experienced Operation Engineers to join our team during a critical phase of our facility’s lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations from the initial commissioning phase through to Process Performance Qualification (PPQ). Your primary focus will be ensuring operational readiness for Media/Buffer Preparation and Downstream Purification units.

The ideal candidate acts as a technical subject matter expert, bridging the gap between manual operations and automated systems (DeltaV and MES) to ensure a seamless startup and compliant commercial production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Provide hands-on technical support to the Operations team throughout the commissioning and PPQ phases of the project.
• Recipe & Batch Design: Serve as the technical expert for the creation, design, and review of master batch records and automated recipes.
• System Integration: Utilize expertise in DeltaV (DCS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure production processes are correctly translated into automated sequences.
• Process Readiness: Oversee the operational readiness of downstream purification suites and media/buffer preparation areas, ensuring all equipment and workflows are validated and ready for use.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or technical issues during the startup and qualification phases.

Key Deliverables

• Documentation: Design, author, and review batch records and automated recipes for production.
• Qualification: Complete and finalize protocols and reports for loose equipment qualification.
• Readiness Reports: Produce comprehensive operational readiness and support documentation for Media/Buffer and Downstream departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong, hands-on familiarity with DeltaV (Distributed Control Systems) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical unit operations, specifically in Downstream Purification and Media/Buffer preparation.
• Compliance: Solid understanding of cGMP regulations and documentation standards.
• Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with Validation, Automation, and Quality teams to drive project timelines.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
