Responsibilities:

• HR Executives will take over all HR Assistant responsibilities during absences.
• Lead HR initiatives and strategies aligned with business objectives, including Talent acquisition, development, and retention
• Employee relations management and conflict resolution
• Performance management and employee development programs
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, MOM regulations, and company policies
• Proactively drive employee engagement, well-being, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members for feedback and support.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and other HR systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, keeping them updated with regulatory changes.
• Lead investigations into workplace issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving in HR operations.
• Manage an end-to-end recruitment, from job posting, screening, arranging interview, interview process, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Ad hoc task as an when required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent in HR Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the service or similar industries.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the cleaning industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
