Job Description:
Admin and account executive is responsible for managing the back-end task and in charge of billings and invoices. Admin tasks include updating and preparing documents, filing and printing while the account component include preparing payments for suppliers as and when required.
a) Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that formal human resource systems are in place
Prepare documents needed
Ensure that payments and collections to customers are processed in a timely manner
Update, print and file documents.
Prepare weekly job updates into invoices and for payouts.
Issue payments to the other staffs.
Manage petty cash
Process staff expenses related issues
b) Requirement
Diploma in any field with account experience of at least 1 year
Proficient in MS office Applications
Team player and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task
Meticulous, responsible and positive learning attitude.
