Latihan Industri Finance - Administration Intern Jobs, salary up to SGD 800 in Asia Farm F&B Pte Ltd Singapore - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and motivated intern to assist with accounting, finance, and administrative tasks. This internship is suitable for students who want to gain practical working experience. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting records and documentation
• Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other accounting tasks
• Help with data entry and month-end closing support
• Assist in preparing simple financial reports
• Support invoicing and preparation of customer statements
• Help with inventory records and stock monitoring
• Assist with tax and ERP-related tasks under supervision
• Support the development and implementation of a new AI-based ERP system, if required
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing and document organization
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Currently studying in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Willing to learn and pay attention to details
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $800.00 per month
