We are currently on the lookout for a Bartender who is:

• a happy outgoing person with a natural smile.

• highly self-motivated, a trait necessary for driving the restaurant's team to consistently provide excellent, professional, yet personal service.

• honest, committed to performance excellence & continuous performance improvement, and must display professional integrity.

• looking to grow together with the success of the company, and on this journey of growth, mentor staff and prepare them for bigger roles and succession plans aligned with the company’s growth and expansion.
  

The right candidate will be responsible to:

• Assist on bar operations, including but not limited to preparation of ingredients, opening and closing of bar.

• Maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests.

• Co-ordinates and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation and overall customer satisfaction.

• Promptly respond to guests with any additional request.

• All other additional tasks and duties assigned by superior from time to time.

• Other ad-hoc duties and job rotation where necessary.

The candidate should also have:

• Basic bartending skills and experience.

• Positive attitude, personality, communication skills and work ethics.
