Overview of Responsibilities

*

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including technical officers and managers, to supervise projects encompassing MEP systems, structural, civil, and building works within an integrated facilities management framework, ensuring all key performance indicators are achieved.

*

• Lead initial site assessments, feasibility analyses, and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and end-users to gather requirements and develop accurate cost projections for diverse project scopes.

*

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining project schedules and comprehensive documentation to meet all milestones.

*

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed budgets and timelines, and oversee the delivery of high-quality workmanship aligned with project specifications and safety standards.

*

• Represent the organization during routine maintenance meetings with clients and their representatives, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

*

• Conduct periodic reviews of ongoing projects to identify potential risks, verify work progress, prepare detailed reports, and oversee project completion evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills

*

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience managing engineering or A&A projects, with a proven track record in project coordination and delivery.

*

• Possession of a recognized degree in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent discipline.

*

• Deep understanding of M&E systems, building infrastructure, and maintenance best practices, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.

*

• Exceptional leadership qualities, along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

*

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), AutoCAD, or Revit MEP is considered an advantage.
