Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up, install, and configure hardware and software at customer site.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot basic networking equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewall).
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Help implement software updates, antivirus scans, and routine system checks.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or project manager when required.
