Full Time Project Engineer Jobs, in Honsei Builder Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Job objective

Overall implementation & completion of construction projects within schedule cost, time & quality.

Core responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried according to master program.
• Assist in managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers.
• Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Manager.
• Track and report daily work progress to Project Manager.
• Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Civil Engineering experience in related fields.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must possess Class 3 driving license.
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
