My client, a dynamic and fast-growing trading and investment firm, is seeking an accomplished Fund Operations Professional to play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling their investment workflows. This is a high-impact position where you’ll act as the operational backbone—overseeing fund administration, managing key external relationships, and driving efficiency across trading and back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fund Operations: Manage daily fund activities, including investor transactions (subscriptions/redemptions), reconciliations, and settlements across fiat and digital assets.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Ensure accuracy across trading systems by reconciling front-to-back office data and resolving discrepancies.
  • Crypto Staking & Strategy: Identify and implement staking opportunities, track rewards, and collaborate with traders to refine yield strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Work with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance operational workflows, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks.
  • Project Work: Contribute to strategic initiatives as the business evolves.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 3+ years in fund operations, custody, or crypto back-office roles, with familiarity in fund accounting.
  • Technical Skills:
o You must be web3 native. You know your way around multisig wallets, tracking transactions on Etherscan, staking, crypto exchanges, analyzing on-chain activity.
o Strong Excel/Sheets expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); coding (SQL/Python) is a plus.
  • Mindset: “No job is too small.” Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
