JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Responsible for calling all new leads and following up on customers who have not visited.
• Follow appointment scheduling requirements as instructed by superior to achieve campaign objectives.
• Handle customer appointments and enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
• Monitor and review customer comments, feedback and reviews across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Google Reviews).
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
• Address customer concerns effectively, escalating issues when necessary to the relevant teams.
• Stay updated on the brand’s latest promotions and campaigns to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers .
• Be an Ambassador of the DrGL brand.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Who we are looking for:

• Possess working experience as a Customer Service Executive.
• Passionate about customer service in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Customer service and detail-oriented.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
