Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot process-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure manufacturing processes are stable, controlled, and meet quality requirements
- Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on process standards and work instructions
- Monitor and improve process performance, yield, and efficiency
- Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure consistent product quality
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing process or production environment
- Familiarity with assembly processes, process flow, and production line setup
- Basic knowledge of process analysis and improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Good communication skills
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
