Job Summary

Responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting the company’s products and services.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in specified timeline
  • Negotiate and close deal, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and monitor customer feedback
  • Handle payment follow-ups and ensure collection
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Track and report sales performance
  • Responsible for all sales relevant documents: quotation, sales order, invoices and proposals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
