• *At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• *Certified ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 auditor will be an added advantage.
• *Support the company's QMS certification.
• *Assist in all regulatory activities and ensure compliance on all Quality Management System.
• *Maintain compliance with all QMS ISO standard and procedure.
• *Ad-hoc task assigned by management.
• Control documentation system as per management requirements.
• Manage daily management files, to receive and transmit docs/information with staff, vendors or clients.
• To sorting, integration, storage of engineering and construction management docs and drawings as per document control system, in soft and hard copy.
• Maintain and updated records of all approve documents.
• Ensure the incoming and outgoing documents been signed or endorsed by respective signatories.
• Manage accuracy of documentation and minimize error by maintaining efficient filling system.
• Provide full cooperation for Document Control Group discipline audits, QA group internal audit and external third party audits.
• Assist prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
