• Prepare invoices and arrange posting to customers accurately and timely.
• Verify and ensure sales order quantities match customer purchase orders.
• Process job sheets, sample forms, cylinder sales confirmations, cylinder memos, and other sales-related documents accurately and promptly.
• Compile daily job sheets and distribute hard copies to the relevant departments.
• Ensure accurate data entry of new customer information into SAP and MES systems.
• Key in incoming cylinder details into the MES system accurately.
• Prepare and submit cylinder purchase reports within the required timeline.
• Comply with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, Occupational Safety & Health, environmental, and industry regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for all documentation.
