CI/CD Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated CI/CD Engineer to design, build, and continuously enhance our CI/CD platform, automation capabilities, and cloud infrastructure. This role is responsible for improving developer productivity, platform reliability, deployment consistency, and operational excellence across enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, architects, infrastructure teams, and external technology partners to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available DevOps solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

CI/CD Platform Management

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks to improve software delivery speed, consistency, and quality.
• Implement and maintain automated build, test, security scan, and deployment processes.
• Continuously enhance deployment workflows to improve developer productivity and release efficiency.

Platform Engineering & Automation

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation scripts for cloud and platform provisioning.
• Create and maintain application templates, deployment standards, and pipeline configurations in collaboration with architecture teams.
• Implement automation solutions for code validation, security scanning, compliance checks, and deployment orchestration.
• Drive standardization of DevOps tools, processes, and engineering best practices.

Reliability & Operational Excellence

• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, availability, and operational performance to meet business and customer needs.
• Monitor platform tools, integrations, pipelines, and environments to proactively identify performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of platform, deployment, and production issues.
• Support incident management and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Technical Advisory

• Partner with development teams to improve application operability, deployment readiness, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices on DevOps, automation, infrastructure, and release management.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to provision, integrate, and maintain DevOps services and tools.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
