About the role

As a Marketing Executive Trainee at NEW HEART NETWORK', you will play a key role in the company's marketing efforts. This full-time position is based in Kuching, Sarawak and will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within the insurance and superannuation industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conducting market research to identify trends and understand customer needs
• Creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, social media content, and email campaigns
• Coordinating and participating in events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services
• Analysing marketing data and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Providing support to the sales team by generating leads and supporting client relationships
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
• Enthusiasm for the insurance and superannuation industry
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
