Tanggungjawab
1) Project & Development Administration
- Provide administrative support across the full property development lifecycle
- Maintain development-related documents such as:
- Consultant agreements
- Authority submissions and approvals
- Drawings, specifications, and permits
- Organize and manage project filing systems (hardcopy and digital)
2)Planning, Scheduling & Tracking
- Assist project managers with master schedules, milestone tracking, and deliverables
- Track submissions, approvals, and project timelines
- Monitor consultant and contractor submissions and follow up on outstanding items
3)Consultant & Authority Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, surveyors, and quantity surveyors
- Liaise with government authorities for submissions, approvals, and inspections
- Arrange meetings, site visits, and coordination workshops
4)Construction & Site Support
-Support site teams with documentation, correspondence, and records
-Prepare meeting minutes (technical, site, coordination) and track action items
- Maintain updated lists of RFIs, drawings, variations, and instructions
5)Financial & Contract Administration Support
Assist with tracking:
- Consultant claims
- Progress payments
- Variations and invoices
- Support budget monitoring and cost reports
- Ensure documentation complies with contractual and company requirements
6)Reporting & Systems
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
- Update project management systems and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy in shared platforms (e.g., SharePoint, project folders)
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
