Job Overview:
We are seeking a capable and experienced Project Structural Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves hands-on design, analysis, and coordination of structural engineering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. You will play a key role in project delivery while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Support site activities, including inspections and technical guidance
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
• Identify and resolve design and technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5–10 years of relevant structural design experience
• Proficient in structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD, etc.)
• Familiar with international design codes and standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consultancy environment
• Exposure to mid- to large-scale projects
• Knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Revit)
• Working towards Professional Engineer (PE / Ir.) certification is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• RM 4,000 – RM6,000 (commensurate with experience)
