Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di XFS Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Train and mentor engineers in manufacturing processes, customer drawings and specifications, tooling and gaging approval, and quality requirements.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, focusing on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Collaborate with the quality team to establish quality standards for new products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop documentation to support production, including work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, and product labels.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the NPI process and implement appropriate changes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components for new product manufacturing.
• Support ISO 9001, SEDEX, C-TPAT, and QMS certification processes, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management and Superior.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Ability to work independently on identifying, planning, executing, reviewing, and driving projects to achieve desired results aligned with the company's growth direction.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
