Position: Customer Service & Admin Executive

Strucadia specializes in foreign worker management & student services in Malaysia. We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to handle customer enquiries and support administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone calls
• Handle initial client enquiries and gather requirements
• Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups
• Assist with documentation and basic administrative tasks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp & social media and answering phone calls.
• Organized and responsible with tasks
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
