POSITION: FINANCE EXECUTIVE, INVENTORY AND PRODUCT COST ANALYSIS

JOB LOCATION: CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN. BHD. SUBANG

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

2. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an added advantage

3. 3–6 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting

4. Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/MFRS)

5. Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

6. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

8. Prior audit experience will be an added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

INVENTORY AND GROSS PROFIT ANALYSIS

1. Coordinate and manage stock-take activities, including preparation and execution.

2. Validate stock-take results on a half-yearly basis.

3. Update and reconcile stock-take results in the system (half-yearly).

4. Prepare and analyze inventory data from system reports.

5. Prepare monthly stock ageing analysis and highlight slow-moving/obsolete items.

6. Prepare inventory-related disclosures/notes for Monthly Financial Reports.

7. Prepare and submit statutory reports to the Department of Statistics and Customs (monthly).

8. Perform Net Realisable Value (NRV) computation for monthly financial reporting.

9. Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation and queries.

10. Consolidate and monitor Austerity Measures achievement (Cost Optimization Initiatives - COIN, utilities, headcount cost optimization, financial KPIs, inventory targets).

11. Compute AMP-related Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.

COIN AND PRODUCT COST ANALYSIS

1. Extract and prepare data from ERP system for actual COIN results.

2. Update and analyze product costing by package/part level.

3. Compute and analyze wrap cost for overall company performance.

4. Prepare and analyze material Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for month-end closing.

5. Perform COIN validation during registration with cross-functional departments.

6. Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing hours in the system (monthly).

7. Validate actual hard savings against planned savings and assess impact to Statement of Comprehensive Income (SOCI).

8. Compute, review, and validate Cost Optimization Initiatives (COIN) submissions.

9. Update and monitor Product Cost versus Reference Price (RP) on a monthly basis.

Work Location: In person
