Job Summary:
Manage the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (ITC) process, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Treasury Back Office, and Intercompany Reconciliation. Ensure timely payment collection, accurate financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and support continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily ITC operations independently
• Review Accounts Receivable, collections, and payment reconciliation activities
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on collections
• Resolve customer and stakeholder queries promptly
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit, and statutory requirements
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and regional projects
• Support knowledge sharing, training, and team development
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance reviews

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in AR / OTC / ITC
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP ERP / SAP BW preferred
• Good understanding of finance processes and KPIs
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office tools

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
