Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic working environment by adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and by coordinating with relevant healthcare support personnel when necessary.
- Perform the full scope of professional nursing duties, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation of interventions, and evaluation of patient outcomes. This includes clinical procedures such as wound care, tube feeding, catheterisation, and stoma management.
- Accurately monitor, record, and maintain patients’ medical information, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and systematic manner.
- Identify and address patients’ needs and concerns through effective collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding, while preserving dignity and promoting independence.
- Provide safe patient handling and mobility support, such as transferring patients between bed, chair, and wheelchair.
- Educate patients and their family members on health conditions, nursing care, and prescribed treatments to enhance understanding and continuity of care.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Demonstrate strong clinical competency and sound professional nursing practice.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
