My Aged Care is a trusted elderly care and health service provider offering Nursing Home, MAC Mobile (Ambulance & OKU), MAC Physio, MAC Retail, and MAC Kitchen services. We are committed to delivering compassionate, safe, and professional care for our residents and clients in every aspect of daily living.
We are now expanding our team and inviting caring, responsible, and passionate individuals to join us as Service Assistants / Caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance and personal care to elderly residents (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility support).
- Monitor and record residents’ conditions and report any changes to the nurse or supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents’ rooms and common areas.
- Assist with serving meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition.
- Support residents’ emotional and social well-being through companionship and positive engagement.
- Follow care procedures and infection control standards at all times.
- Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in caregiving, healthcare assistant, or nursing is an added advantage.
- Experience in elderly care, nursing home, or hospital setting preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit and emotionally patient in handling elderly residents.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willing to work on shift/rotational basis, weekends, and public holidays.
