Kerja Sepenuh Masa Workshop Clerk, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,300 di TUNG HUP MINING (PERAK) SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

Primary responsibilities:

* Maintain a complete equipment register — track status, location, and condition of all machinery (excavators, dump trucks, pumps, gensets, support vehicles)

* Log all work orders: fault reports, scheduled maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs

* Track spare parts inventory — manage stock levels, reorder points, and issue/receipt records

* Record equipment running hours, fuel consumption (diesel), and downtime for each unit

* File and organise maintenance records, vendor invoices, quotations, and warranty documents

* Prepare weekly equipment status summary and monthly maintenance cost reports

Additional scope (value-add duties):

* Support the Workshop Supervisor in scheduling preventive maintenance per OEM intervals

* Track warranty claims and follow up with suppliers on outstanding parts/service

* Maintain a diesel consumption log and flag anomalies (potential theft or inefficiency)

* Assist with procurement documentation — prepare purchase requisitions for parts and consumables

* Compile equipment downtime and cost data for management decision-making (e.g., repair vs. replace analysis)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
