We are seeking dedicated and service-driven individuals to join our team as F&B Service Crew. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with hospitality industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver professional, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.
- Greet and attend to guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests and feedback.
2. Fine Service Standards
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and procedures.
- Ensure proper table setting, presentation, and dining etiquette at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the outlet.
3. Product Knowledge & Upselling
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
- Provide recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
4. Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Support team members during peak service hours to maintain service quality.
5. Operational Excellence
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and preparation.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Entry Level (0–2 years / Fresh Graduates)
- Strong interest in hospitality and customer service.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and uphold high service standards.
With Experience
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels is an advantage.
- Familiarity with service standards and guest handling.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours.

Additional Requirements (F&B Compliance)
- Must possess Typhoid Injection.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
