We are seeking dedicated and service-driven individuals to join our team as F&B Service Crew. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with hospitality industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Deliver professional, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.
• Greet and attend to guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests and feedback.

2. Fine Service Standards

• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and procedures.
• Ensure proper table setting, presentation, and dining etiquette at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the outlet.

3. Product Knowledge & Upselling

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Provide recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience.

4. Team Coordination

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Support team members during peak service hours to maintain service quality.

5. Operational Excellence

• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Entry Level (0–2 years / Fresh Graduates)

• Strong interest in hospitality and customer service.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and uphold high service standards.

With Experience

• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels is an advantage.
• Familiarity with service standards and guest handling.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours.

Additional Requirements (F&B Compliance)

• Must possess Typhoid Injection.
• Must have Food Handling Certificate.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
