• To greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• To explain products and recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
• To listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need and make tailored recommendations.
• To assist in stock arrangement and inventory control, making sure deliveries are correct and of good quality.
• To achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• To handle customer payments and ensure accurate transaction records
• Proficient in using computers: Ms Excel, Ms Words & Google Sheets
