We are seeking a passionate and experienced Flight Instructor to join our dynamic team in the Aviation industry. As a Flight Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of pilots, providing them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies required for safe and effective flight operations.

You will conduct ground and flight instruction to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced pilots, ensuring they meet the regulatory standards and personal goals of their training. Through practical demonstrations and theoretical lessons, you will help students master the complexities of flight maneuvers, navigation, and aircraft mechanics, all while instilling critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should not only possess a strong flying background but also demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be responsible for fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flight training in accordance with CAAM regulations and company policies
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials for ground and flight training
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all flight training activities
• Assist students in the preparation for written and practical examinations
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and attendance
• Continuously improve instructional techniques and procedures based on feedback and best practices

Requirements

• Based in Ipoh, Perak
• Valid Malaysian CPL/IR licence
• FI(2) with full instructional rated on SEP & MEP aircraft - Preferrably PA28 & DA42
• No license restrictions
• Ready to contribute to quality flight training with regulatory compliance, instructional clarity and operational reliability
• Team player
• Able to follow instructions with proper knowledge of the CAAM requirements and regulations
• Malaysian citizen

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
