Sales Executive (POS Solutions)

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to support business expansion by acquiring new merchants and managing client relationships within the F&B, retail, and SME segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential merchants across F&B, retail, and SME sectors
• Conduct product presentations, system demonstrations, and manage quotation follow-ups
• Drive sales conversion and close deals effectively
• Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
• Support team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
• Experience in POS systems or related industry (mandatory)
• Background in F&B SaaS, retail tech, payment solutions, or merchant services is an advantage
• Comfortable with field sales and client-facing activities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
