Job Summary
The Executive, Marketing & Student Recruitment is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, promoting academic programmes, generating student leads, and supporting student enrolment for the institution. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, sales-driven thinking, and the ability to engage with prospective students, parents, schools, agencies, and relevant education partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Recruitment
- Promote the institution’s academic programmes to prospective students, parents, schools, and the public.
- Handle student enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and recruitment events.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the application and registration process.
- Assist in achieving monthly and yearly student enrolment targets.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, applicants, and registered students.
- Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student intake.
- Support digital marketing activities including social media content, online advertisements, posters, videos, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, buntings, and programme information sheets.
- Conduct market research on education trends, competitor activities, student demand, and programme positioning.
- Events & Outreach
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, open days, roadshows, career talks, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, counsellors, education agents, and community partners.
- Support event preparation including booth setup, promotional items, registration forms, and student consultation materials.
- Represent the institution professionally during internal and external events.
- Admissions Support
- Assist prospective students with admission requirements, programme information, fees, financial aid, and registration procedures.
- Work closely with the Admissions, Academic, Finance, and Student Affairs departments to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Ensure all student application documents are complete and submitted accordingly.
- Provide accurate information to students and parents in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, recruitment activities, conversion rates, and enrolment progress.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment campaigns.
- Update management on student recruitment performance and market feedback.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
