Job description:

You'll be qualified for the role if you possess:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent / higher
• 5 of relevant sales experience
• Exposure with covering combination of Government / Corp – MICE Sales , i.e. preferably someone from hospitality industry

The job scope:

• Increase overall sales volume
• Develop a sales utilize internal and external assets to maximize revenues and sales opportunities
• Effectively utilize internal and external assets to maximize revenues and sales opportunities.
• Direct revenue generating activities and processes within the portfolio of hotels
• Provides strategic planning, training and guidance to sales professionals to ensure accomplishments of sales objectives and growth of portfolio
• Provides direct property support and the overall sales and marketing efforts of hotels
• Maintain continual awareness of industry trends and competitive practices and changes.
• Arrange site inspections of property for potential clients.
• Maintains a high level of exposure for the property in the local marketplace through direct sales solicitation, telephone, fax or telex contacts, and written
