What you'll be doing
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' industrial automation systems and equipment
- Conduct installations, commissioning, and maintenance activities for our products and solutions
- Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation to ensure effective communication with clients
- Participate in customer training sessions and demonstrations to promote our products and services
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry
What we're looking for
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field service or technical support role
- Strong practical knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLC programming, and electrical/electronic troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and the ability to work well in a team
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
