Tanggungjawab
A. Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible in matters relating to Office Administration, Procurement & Logistic, Security, Payroll and Coordination with Site.
B. Job Task:-
1. To prepare and record Quality Inspection Form.
2. Request Physical stock and prepare stationery.
3. Request Non-Asset Disposal Form.
4. To prepare weekly Seven Days Contract for General Workers.
5. To prepare punch card General Workers for every month.
6. Copy punch card General Workers for first half and second half (for HQ).
7. Request and prepare Food Supply Requisition Form for General Workers.
8. Manage new hire of General Workers, such as Work Application Form, Kontrak Perkhidmatan, photos and documents.
9. Issues and manage of Surat Pelepasan and Leave Application Form for General Workers.
10. To do record for incoming and outgoing documents.
11. To Prepare Surat Kebenaran Keluar and Gate Pass Form.
12. To do Diesel record.
13. To copy and filing Delivery Order.
14. Manage Sub-Con Registration Form.
15. Manage Site Instruction Summary.
16. To assist Assistant Admin Manager filing and record Site Memo, Weekly Work Programme and Daily Site Report.
17. Any adhoc job tasks assigned to assist superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
