RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Data Management
- Key in daily sales transactions into the system accurately
- Verify and reconcile sales reports from retail outlets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse if needed
2. Retail Staff Attendance Support
- Track and record retail staff attendance (in/out, lateness, OT, leave)
- Ensure attendance records are updated and accurate
- Assist in preparing attendance reports for payroll processing
3. Operations Scheduling
- Arrange and manage retail staff work schedules/rosters
- Coordinate shift planning to ensure sufficient manpower
- Handle last-minute schedule changes and replacements
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain proper filing of operational documents and reports
- Handle internal communication between outlets and HQ
- Assist in preparing SOPs and operational guidelines
5. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with retail outlets on daily operational matters
- Support store setup, promotions, or events when required
- Follow up on operational issues and escalate when necessary
6. Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Assist in stock tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock replenishment
- Monitor discrepancies and report any issues
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Related working experience in related field
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Able to start immediately will be added as advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
