Job Description:

• Organizes and maintains sales literature and client setup forms
• Research and analyze company data to track target account progress and/or growth on a scheduled basis and report to management
• Responsible for CRM and Web Portal tool roll out to sales tea
• Provide quotations to clients and maintain quote log
• Responsible for scheduling weekly sales meetings and agendas
• Assist Sales Manager planning office visits with clients
• Assist Administration Manager in identifying AR issues where Sales can support the collection process
• Create and manage client database on shared drive, including (but not limited to) client profiles, account activities, SOP’s, client set up documents.
• Follow up clients, sales and operations to ensure that implementation is successful
• Other duties as assigned
