JOB SUMMARY :

  • Installation and commissioning of all types of equipment
  • On-site emergency service, troubleshooting and repair equipment.
  • Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance equipment.
  • Training of the customers operation staff in operating the equipment.
  • Training of the customers technical staff in maintenance and repair.

Ensuring documentation (reports and as-built) of executed installations and service work.

  • Supervision of 3rd party installation crews as per agreement (depending on project scope).
  • Occasionally prepare equipment for- and participate in trade shows and exhibitions representing company
  • Assist with sales colleagues with technical details or practical arrangements as per agreement.
  • Continues training and improve knowledge of the equipment within company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To execute the above listed tasks to the highest possible extent, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with company strategies and company policies.
  • Ensure that costs for travel, accommodation etc. are kept reasonable and according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure continuous communication with, and feedback to management regarding all relevant commercial and technical issues in the region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent & above.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as service engineer.
  • Competency in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagram.
  • Good and persistent trouble-shooting skills.
  • Customer oriented mindset & attitude.
  • English language in verbal and writing.
  • Ability to travel both domestically, in the region and globally.
  • Flexibility in long working hours and working environment.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
