Company Background

We are representing our cleint, company specializing in playground solutions, themed play environments, and project-based recreational installations to be based in Puchong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full sets of accounts, including audit and compliance matters.
• Lead and supervise project costing activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Authorize and manage all company payments, including cheque, telegraphic transfers (local and foreign), and petty cash.
• Maintain strong relationships with bankers and oversee all company banking and financial matters.
• Lead and manage the company’s annual audit process.
• Responsible for company annual audit.
• Review and monitor monthly project progress claims, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and present monthly financial forecasts, cash flow reports, and variance analysis to the management team.
• Monitor and optimize company cash flow and budgets to maintain strong working capital.
• Develop and implement effective financial control systems and policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure smooth operations and professional growth.

Requirements

• Access and oversee sensitive financial records
• Represent the company in dealings with banks, auditors, or tax authorities
• Lead and monitor the Finance/Accounts team.
• Experience and familiar of Project Account in Constructions and project management
• Preferable possess degree in a management or professional qualification
• Experience in Project costing and financial cash flow
• Experience in using Accounting software such as Autocount & SQL system and good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Able to handle Full sets of Account
