Working Hours: 9AM-6PM (2 DAYS OFF)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to oversee outlet audit functions and support outlet managers in ensuring smooth daily operations, sales accuracy, and compliance with company SOP.

Job Responsibilities

* Audit daily outlet operations

* Monitor and verify outlet sales performance

* Supervise and support outlet managers in daily operations

* Ensure all sales records and reports are accurate and complete

* Monitor operational activities across outlets to ensure SOP compliance

Requirements

* Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Accounting or related field

* Experience in hotel / F&B / outlet operations preferred

* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

* Able to handle multiple outlets and reporting tasks

* Good leadership and communication skills

* Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
